What is Experimental Fitness? Well ultimately thats really up to you but I like to think about it like dance aerobics for rulebreakers. OR, conversely, freestyle movement for people that also want a little bit of shared structure in there.
It's a practice I do with Mama Bi, online and occasionally in person. If you want to try it out solo you can use the invitations below and this playlist. Use one song for each slide starting with slide 5. (Slide 5 = Track 1, Slide 6 = Track 2, and so on.)
